Detailed Itinerary
On arrival at Myawaddy border check point, you will be welcomed by your guide. After you have finished border pass process, start your driving. On the way, you can stop at the foot of ZweKabin Mountain. Then, continue to Golden Rock. Overnight at hotel in Golden Rock.
Have your breakfast at hotel. On the way to Yangon, you will have a look at the Htaukkyant War memorial cemetery, which is a cemetery for Allied soldiers of the British Commonwealth who died in battle in Burma (Myanmar) during the Second World War. Continue your driving and overnight at hotel in Yangon.
After enjoying your meal, look around the Yangon city. Variety of colonial buildings, bustling life of local people will be attractive views to you. Visit to Sule Pagoda, Chaukhtetgyi Pagoda and Bo Gyoke Market. Then, Shwedagon Pagoda with its glterring gold is one the most worthwhile place to visit in Myanmar. Overnight at Yangon.
After check out your hotel, drive to Pyay. Pyay is located on the Irrawaddy River and is 260 km north-west of Yangon. Overnight at hotel in Pyay.
The destination of this day is to reach Burma Immortal Land, Bagan. Overnight at hotel in Bagan.
Start your morning at ancient land, have your breakfast. Look around NyaungOo Market. After that, go to Viewing Tower and so you can get amazing view of Bagan with thousands of historic pagodas. Then, visit to the most famous pagodas such as Shwezigon,Lawkananda,Ananda and Damanyangyi. In the evening, watch sunset view along the Ayerwaddyriver by boat. A mix of beautiful colours, the sun gradually hiding TantKyiTaung, a mountain and legend place, will be a memorial time for you. To the end of perfect whole day, have a dinner at sandy beach of River Bank. Overnight at Bagan.
After your breakfast take your trip to Mt.Popa. On the way, you can get the sense of countryside. Have your lunch at Mt.Popa resort. It’s time to explore the daily life style of toddy – palm tree climbers. Then continue to Mandalay. Take your leisure time. Overnight at hotel in Mandalay.
With an early rise in the morning, feel peace and tranquillity at MahaMyat Muni Pagoda. Watch and share the pleasure of local people who are offering flowers, water and light candles to the Image of Buddha, and reciting their morning prayers. Visit to MaHaGanDaYone Monastery and explore the daily life style and customs of monks and novices. Continue to gold-leaf workshop. It is one thing to see temples covered in gold, and another to see the hard labor behind this art and appreciate it after visiting gold-leaf workshop. After having your lunch, visit to Atumashi Monastery also built in 1857 by King Mindon, Shwenandaw monastery – originally part of the royal palace complex of King Mindon and made entirely of teak wood. Continure to Kuthodaw Pagoda which is famous as the World’s Biggest Book for its 729 marble slabs sculptured the teaching of Buddha. Then proceed to Mandalay Hill to watch the sunset view and panoramic scene from the top .Overnight at Hotel in Mandalay.
Drive to Inle Lake. Enjoy the pleasure of riding on twisty roads at mountainous region. Overnight at hotel in Inle Lake.
After breakfast, start a visit and exploration on Inle Lake ,famous for its unique one-leg rowers, typical floating gardens, local methods of fishing and village life and the PhaungDawOo Pagoda housing five sacred and almost shapeless Buddha images, contorted because of the quantity of applied gold leaf, gifts from the believers. Explore the Local Five- Day Market. In the afternoon, proceed to the silk weaving village of In PhawKhon and visit NgaPheChaung (the biggest and oldest monastery around Inle Lake). Here we get and ideal chance to see some traditional cigar making and silk weaving, and hopefully sun local fishermen practicing their uniquely distinctive rowing technique.Overnight at hotel Inle Lake.
Today is your driving day to Kunhing. Take the pleasure of riding on the Shan Plateau. Overnight at hotel in Kunghing.
Enjoy your breakfast. Then, take a ride to Keng Tung and you can enjoy your lunch on the way. It’s time to explore the life style of villagers and you can explore local ethnic groups. Overnight at hotel in Keng Tung.
After having breakfast, lead to Tachileik. On the way visit to Shwe Da Gon Pagoda which is a well-known place. Then, drive to border check point. Your guide will assist you for border pass process.
